General Collateral definition

General Collateral means the Pledged Collateral other than the Securities Collateral.
General Collateral means such term as defined in Section 2(a) hereof.

General Collateral means the real and personal property, fixtures and assets of the Borrower and its Material Subsidiaries whether now existing or hereafter arising, created or acquired upon which a General Lien has been granted to the General Collateral Agent for the benefit of the General Secured Parties pursuant to the General Security Instruments.
