GEC definition

GEC means a certificate created and registered under Division 1 of Part 4 of Chapter 5A of the QLD Act and transferable under Division 4 of Part 4 of Chapter 5A of that Act.
GEC means GEC Advisors LLC.
GEC means GEC Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, certain of its Affiliates and any GEC Party (as defined in the Stockholders Agreement) and its or their successors or assigns (other than the Corporation and its subsidiaries).
