GE Facility definition

GE Facility means the Company's inventory floor plan and operating line of credit June 30, 1999 with GE Commercial Distribution Finance, as in effect on the date hereof.

GE Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3(n).

GE Facility means a credit facility to be entered into on terms reasonably satisfactory to the Agents, to provide loans to finance or refinance construction, purchase, improvement or lease of Specified FF&E.

Examples of GE Facility in a sentence

• Lessee covenants and agrees, at its sole cost and expense and for the express benefit of Lessor, to timely perform all of the GE Facility Mortgage Operator Obligations in accordance with the terms of the GE Loan Documents.

GE Facility means the Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of June 27, 2002, between GE, as Lender, and Company, as Borrower, and any related agreements entered into by GE and Company.
