• The Non-Conformance subject to repair or replacement shall be deemed remedied upon successful check-out at the location designated for such component of the GCE in Article 3.1 (Deliverable Items).

• After the date of such Acceptance of the SCIP Software or GCE, Boeing shall operate the Satellite on an interim basis at no additional cost to Customer as reasonably necessary for Customer to assume the hand-over and operation of the Satellite (in any case, not to exceed one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date of Acceptance).

• Such operation of the Satellite on an interim basis by Boeing shall not constitute Acceptance of the SCIP Software, the GCE (as applicable) or associated Training by Customer.
