The fees to be charged will be based on actual number of Backup Units added to the scope of this Service Attachment, as directed by Client, and on the actual volume of any offsite data- storage capacity required to back up Client Data rounded to the nearest gigabyte, subject to a required monthly minimum of the greater of (1) 50 GB, or (2) the data volume identified in the first month’s invoice for Services.
