Garages definition

Garages means the garages which form or which are required by the Building Covenants to form part of any house.
Garages means any parking garage subsequently constructed within the Project and designated for non-exclusive use by Tenant and its employees, guests and invitees. The term "Garage(s)" shall not include any Parking Area not available for use by Tenant or its invitees, employees or customers.
Garages means the garages and parking Spaces shown in the Sanctioned Plan.

Garages means the land, facilities and all improvements commonly known as the Sutter
Garages. If garage space is assigned to a Resident, the space(s) within the garage shall be used only for the parking of vehicles. A garage may not be used for operation of a business or as an extension of the living area of the apartment Premises. A Resident may, however, store small items owned by Resident in Resident’s garage so long as there is space available for parking of Resident’s vehicle(s). Any property stored by Resident must be non-flammable, non-perishable, and non-explosive. Resident is responsible for obtaining insurance on all vehicles and property stored in the assigned garage space. Resident shall not install or operate any appliances within the garage without Landlord’s prior written consent. Any property stored in the garage is stored at Resident’s sole risk, and Resident hereby releases Landlord from all claims and liability of any nature (including but not limited to, theft or water damage resulting from leaking pipes or floods) relating to damage to property or vehicles kept in the garage. Resident shall not park vehicles in front of the garage doors unless the Community is specifically designed for such parking. Resident shall keep the garage doors closed when not in use. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has the right to inspect garages at any time upon reasonable notice to Resident. Prohibited Vehicles: Recreational vehicles such as motor homes, boats, ATV’s, and trailers may not be parked or stored within the Community. In addition, limousines, taxicabs and semi-truck cabs may not be parked or stored within the Community. Commercial vehicles may be parked in the Community only with the prior written consent of Landlord.
Garages. Each Single Family Home shall have an attached garage or integral garage containing space for a minimum of three (3) vehicles with a minimum of six hundred (600) square feet of floor area. Each garage shall be a side entrance garage and may not front the road which the Dwelling faces.
