GACC definition

GACC means German American Capital Corporation and its successors in interest.
GACC shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.

  • Additionally, GACC agrees that the Underwriters shall not be bound or obligated in any way to exhaust recourse against the Company before being entitled to demand the performance by GACC of the Company’s obligations under Section 8 of this Agreement.
