FX (final) definition

FX (final) means FX on the FX Valuation Date.
FX (final) means FX on the FX Observation Date (final).
FX (final) means FX on the FX Observation Date (final). If the FX Observation Date (final) is not a FX Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a FX Calculation Date shall be the FX Observation Date (final).

FX (final) means the FX Rate in respect of the Adjusted Final FX Valuation Date, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
FX (final) means the Fixing Rate (as defined in Part C below) in respect of the Valuation Date, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
FX (final) means the FX Rate in respect of the Valuation Date (as defined in the Index Linked Provisions) in respect of such FX Rate, as determined by the Calculation Agent and subject to adjustment and/or correction in accordance with the Conditions.
FX (final) means the EURSEK exchange rate (the number of SEK per 1.00 EUR), rounded to 4 decimals, on the Final Redemption Valuation Date, calculated at 4:00 p.m. London time and published by WM Company on the relevant Bloomberg page (EURSEK WMCO Curncy).
FX (final) means the FX Rate on the Currency Business Day immediately following the Determination Date.
FX (final) means the Exchange Rate on the Trading Day immediately following the final Valuation Date as determined by the Calculation Agent;
FX (final) means the average of such firm quotes (expressed as the number of TRL per one USD) from the Reference Dealers as the Calculation Agent is able to obtain for the sale of TRL and the purchase of USD at or about 11:00 a.m. London time on the Valuation Date for delivery on the Scheduled Maturity Date (or the date set for early redemption pursuant to Condition 9, as the case may be), provided, however that if fewer than four (but at least two) Reference Dealers provide such firm quote then the average of the quotes actually obtained shall apply, if only one Reference Dealer provides a firm quote then such quote shall apply, and if none of the Reference Dealers provides such a firm quote, FX final will be determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion, acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.
