Futures Broker definition
Futures Broker means a person as defined in clause (xxiv) of section 2 of the Securities Act, 2015 (Act No. III of 2015) and includes-

Futures Broker s Representative” means a person licensed by Securities Commission to trade in futures contracts, including advising customers on futures contracts and to accept and execute orders for customers on futures contracts.
Futures Broker means a person whether as principal or agent who carries on the business of soliciting, or accepting orders, for the purchase or sale of any commodity under a futures contract on any Exchange or futures market and, who in connec tion therewith, accepts any money, securities or property (or extends credit in lieu thereof) to margin, guarantee or secure any trades or contracts that may result therefrom whether or not the business is part of, or is carried on in conjunc tion with, any other business;
