Future Patents definition

Future Patents means all patent applications assigned exclusively to MAYO filed on inventions arising out of Product Development by the Obesity Device Group and Vagal Blocking Device Group, including any continuation, division, substitution, reissue, or reexamination and any patents issuing from any of the foregoing and any foreign counterpart of any of the foregoing. Future Patents shall not be interpreted to include Jointly Owned Patents.
Future Patents means all existing and future SEI Patents:

  • Genencor shall have the right to sublicense its Business Partners to use, sell and/or offer to sell, but not to manufacture, under ENBC Patents, ENBC Future Patents or ENBC Know-How.

More Definitions of Future Patents

Future Patents shall be limited to any patent or patent application arising out of any invention which is conceived and reduced to practice under and during the course of the Research Program and which is assigned to WARF ▇▇ Principal Investigator or Researchers.
Future Patents means the patents and/or patent applications to be owned by any CDT Group Company or to which any CDT Group Company will have relevant rights which enable any CDT Group Company to license/sub-license third parties and which in either case are for inventions made (a) on or after the Effective Date which were not made or otherwise acquired pursuant to or as part of a pre-existing relevant business by a CDT Group Company at any time before it became an Affiliate of CDT; and (b) prior to the termination or expiry of the Contract Research Agreement independently of any work carried out by any CDT Group Company, or confidential information of Covion disclosed to any CDT Group Company pursuant to the Contract Research Agreement.
Future Patents means all future Patents the Pledgor will file during the Term of this Agreement which (i) constitute Sucampo Patents or Compound Patents (as defined in the Development Agreement); or (ii) claim priority (directly or indirectly) to the Existing Patents;

Future Patents means: (a) any continuation-in-part of the Current Patents, and any foreign counterparts of any such continuation-in-part; (b) any continuation-in-part of the Charlton Patents and any foreign counterparts of such continuation-in-part, provided that the inclusion of this sub-paragraph (b) in this definition of Future Patents shall not be construed to grant any license to Charlton Patents outside the Charlton Field; and (c) any other Patent Rights in respect of which Inverness acquires ownership or Control after the Effective Date and that would be infringed by Trinity’s (including Trinity Subsidiaries) making, using, offering for sale, importing or selling Licensed Products.
Future Patents means patents, patent applications, and patent -------------- rights throughout the world that Astromed or Astroscan file or obtain in the future and which Astromed and Astroscan are obligated to disclose and license to Glyko pursuant to Section 2.4 hereof.
