Future Adviser definition
Future Adviser means any future investment adviser that (i) controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with AGM, (ii) (a) is registered as an investment adviser under the Advisers Act or (b) is a relying adviser of an investment adviser that is registered under the Advisers Act and that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, AGM and (iii) is not a Regulated Fund or a subsidiary of a Regulated Fund.
Future Adviser means any future investment adviser that (i) is controlled by BlackRock Capital Advisor, (ii) (a) is registered as an investment adviser under the Advisers Act or (b) is a relying adviser of an investment adviser that is registered under the Advisers Act and that is controlled by BlackRock Capital Advisor, and (iii) is not a Regulated Fund or a subsidiary of a Regulated Fund.
Future Adviser means any future investment adviser that (i) controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with an Existing Adviser, (ii) (a) is registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), (b) is a relying adviser of an investment adviser that is registered under the Advisers Act and that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, an Existing Adviser or (c) is an exempt reporting adviser pursuant to Rule 203(m) of the Advisers Act, and (iii) is not a Regulated Fund or a subsidiary of a Regulated Fund.
