Funding Share definition

Funding Share means, prior to the first Distribution Date, the Initial Funding Share and thereafter means the Current Funding Share;

Funding Share means, for each Buyer, that proportion of the sum of the original Purchase Prices for the Eligible Loans to be purchased in a Transaction that bears the same ratio to the total amount of such sum as that Buyer’s Committed Sum bears to the Maximum Aggregate Commitment.

Funding Share means, prior to the first Distribution Date, the Initial Funding Share and thereafter shall mean the Current Funding Share (as defined below).

Examples of Funding Share in a sentence

• Neither the Funding Share nor the Seller Share may be reduced below zero.

• At all times the Funding Share Percentage and the Seller Share Percentage shall be equal to 100 per cent.

• No Buyer shall be excused from funding its applicable Funding Share of any Transaction merely because any other Buyer has failed or refused to fund its relevant Funding Share of that or any other Transaction.

• Each Buyer shall be obligated to fund only that Buyer’s own Funding Share of any Transaction requested, and no Buyer shall be obligated to the Seller or any other Buyer to fund a greater share of any Transaction.

More Definitions of Funding Share

Funding Share means the amount of any Advance which each Syndication Party is required to fund, which shall be determined as follows: (a) for a 5-Year Advance (excluding Overnight Advances), the amount of such 5-Year Advance multiplied by such Syndication Party’s Individual 5-Year Pro Rata Share as of the date of the 5-Year Funding Notice for, but without giving effect to, such 5-Year Advance; (b) for an Advance under a Bid won by such Syndication Party, the amount of such Bid; and (c) for an Overnight Advance or a risk participation therein, the amount determined as provided in Section 3.9 hereof.

Funding Share means, for each Lender, that proportion of each Advance that bears the same ratio to the total amount of the Advance as that Lender’s Committed Sum bears to the Aggregate Committed Sum.

Funding Share has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.5 hereof.

Funding Share means the amount of any Advance which each Syndication Party is required to fund, which shall be the amount of such Advance multiplied by such Syndication Party’s Individual Loan Pro Rata Share, in each case as of, but without giving effect to, such Advance.

Funding Share means the share of the costs of the Alliance to be borne by each party, namely: ABC – [specify] percentage; XYZ – [specify] percentage;

Funding Share means the amount of any Advance which each Syndication Party is required to fund, which shall be determined as follows: (a) for an Advance under the 7 Year Revolving Loan, the amount of such Advance multiplied by such Syndication Party's Individual 7 Year Pro Rata Share as of, but without giving effect to, such Advance, and (b) for an Advance under the 10 Year Revolving Loan, the amount of such Advance multiplied by such Syndication Party's Individual 10 Year Pro Rata Share as of, but without giving effect to, such Advance.

Funding Share means, for each Lender, that proportion of each Advance under a particular Facility that bears the same ratio to the total amount of the Advances under that Facility as the portion of that Lender's Committed Sum applicable to that Facility bears to the aggregate Committed Sums of all Lenders for that Facility.
