Fund Unit definition

Fund Unit means, in respect of a Fund, any share or unit of such Fund.
Fund Unit means a unit of the Fund (other than a Special Voting Unit) authorized and issued under the Fund Declaration of Trust for the time being outstanding and entitled to the benefits and subject to the limitations set forth therein;
Fund Unit means any board, committee, commission, service, program, enterprise, department, office, or any other division or non-division of the Nation which receives an appropriation approved by the Nation.

Fund Unit means a unit of participation in any separate Investment Fund maintained under the Trust pursuant to Section 5.4(b), representing an undivided interest in all of the assets of any such Investment Fund.
