Fund Securities definition

Fund Securities means in-kind redemption proceeds of a designated portfolio of securities or other financial instruments as determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Trust.
Fund Securities means Securities which are, from time to time, contained in a Fund’s Account(s) and which are available for Lending Transactions pursuant to this Agency Agreement.

  • In connection with the purchase or redemption of Creation Units, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that the computation of any cash amount to be paid by or to the Participant shall exclude any taxes or other fees and expenses payable upon the transfer of beneficial ownership of Deposit Securities or Fund Securities.
