Fund Securities definition

Fund Securities means in-kind redemption proceeds of a designated portfolio of securities or other financial instruments as determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Trust.

Fund Securities means Securities which are, from time to time, contained in a Fund’s Account(s) and which are available for Lending Transactions pursuant to this Agency Agreement.

• Redemptions of Shares for Fund Securities will be subject to compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state securities laws and the Funds (whether or not it otherwise permits cash redemptions) reserve the right to redeem Creation Units for cash to the extent that the Funds could not lawfully deliver specific Fund Securities upon redemptions or could not do so without first registering the Deposit Securities under such laws.
