Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, prior to such time as the Company is Fully Invested, the Advisor shall allocate to the Company all investment opportunities that are suitable for investment by the Company and consistent with the Company’s investment objectives and strategies, as described in the Registration Statement.
