Full−time definition
Full−time means at least 37.5 hours each week devoted to facility business.

Full−time. Bus Drivers and Bus Attendants will be afforded the opportunity to determine their regular daily work schedule and worksite by picking a DAILY ROUTE during route bidding. This bidding will be conducted in “seniority order,” beginning with the most senior employee continuing to the most junior. Bus Drivers and Bus Attendants who do not bid a daily route will be assigned to an open route at management’s discretion. All-Bids means a bid session in which ALL daily bus routes are available for selection. This will likely be conducted only under specific circumstances, such as district rezoning, the opening of new school(s), or any other significant event. Such a bid will likely be conducted before the start of the regular school year. In because all-bids require the mandatory participation of Regular Bus Drivers, Regular Bus Attendants and Small Vehicle Operators, each participant will be compensated for 1-hour of time.

Full−time means that Physician shall during the term hereof devote his full working time, attention, loyalty and best efforts to the affairs of Medical Group, taking into account any vacation time and Continuing Medical Education time to which Physician is entitled and also taking into account any teaching, research, community activities, activities with professional organizations and care of indigent patients performed by Physician to the same extent that Physician historically has engaged in such activities. Upon the advance written approval of Medical Group, Physician may be relieved of Physician's obligation to provide services hereunder on a full-time basis for such professional purposes and such limited time period as may be so approved. Except to the extent the Joint Policy Board approves in writing Physician's retention of limited honoraria and similar amounts, any remuneration earned by Physician in connection with such approved professional activities shall be assigned to Medical Group; provided that no such exception shall take effect absent approval by the Joint Policy Board and PQC.
