Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) definition

Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) means an employee who is determined to be a “full-time equivalent” employee for purposes of IRS Code Section 4980H and the regulations promulgated thereunder, as established by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, as amended.
Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) means the percent of a full-time contract. {(# of days worked/Article IV days) times percent (%) of each day worked}
Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) means the amount of time an employee works during a school year (July 1 through June 30 of the following calendar year) as a percentage of the amount of time a full-time employee in the same position would work during a school year.
