Full license definition

Full license means a license issued for two years when all licensing requirements are met.
Full license means the authorization to operate based upon substantial compliance with this chapter. A full license shall be effective for up to one year.
Full license means a license issued by the Ohio department of mental health for the period of one year three years for a class one facility or two years in the case of a class two or three facility in accordance with division (CF) of section 5119.225119.34 of the Revised Code.

  • If a physician with a Full license wishes to change his or her license category to an Administrative license, he or she may file a request for a Change of License status with the Board.

  • Full license is issued only to those agencies that are in substantial compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • A licensee with an Administrative license may apply to the Board to change his or her license status to a Full license upon filing a Request for a Change in License status.

  • If a resident has applied for a full license and expects a Temporary or Full license to be issued by June 30, they should not renew their training license.

More Definitions of Full license

Full license means the agency is operating under a current child welfare agency license rather than a permit, a provisional license, a conditional license, or a license which has been revoked or which has expired after the agency failed to file a timely and sufficient application for license renewal.
