Fuel Costs definition

Fuel Costs means the costs incurred to refuel the Vehicle to a full tank when the Vehicle is returned by the Client (Europcar depot to depot);
Fuel Costs means Contractor’s costs for diesel, gasoline and other fuels used in providing the services described in this agreement.
Fuel Costs means the costs incurred to refuel the vehicle to the same level as it was when the vehicle was rented;

Examples of Fuel Costs in a sentence

  • Concurrently, the Generation Resource shall submit an initial estimated budget used in the calculation of the proposed Standby Cost and RMR fuel adder, prepared in accordance with Section 3.14.1.11, Budgeting Eligible Costs, and Section 3.14.1.20, Budgeting Fuel Costs, to ERCOT.

  • Upon receiving such notification, the QSE shall ensure that such cost is not included in any Exceptional Fuel Cost submission or in any Energy Offer Curve submission for any hours for which Exceptional Fuel Costs are submitted.

  • For Resources submitting Exceptional Fuel Costs based on projected incremental fuel prices based on a contract(s) the QSE must submit to ERCOT all applicable fuel supply contracts at least ten Business Days in advance of submitting Exceptional Fuel Costs.

  • An attestation for Exceptional Fuel Costs must state that the costs are accurate and variable, based on the dispatch of the Resource.

More Definitions of Fuel Costs

Fuel Costs means costs of natural gas and used for the operation of the 20MW RUBICONTM system;
Fuel Costs means the actual costs of Fuel, including (i) commodity charges arising under the Master Gas Purchase and Sale Agreement, (ii) capacity payments, storage costs, balancing costs, and penalty charges arising under any Related Agreements, (iii) variable fuel transportation (including losses and taxes) and (iv) any Third Party transaction costs applicable to the procurement or transportation of Fuel to the Facility, all net of any revenues from remarketed Fuel or transportation, and other financial settlements.
Fuel Costs means Contractor’s costs for diesel, gasoline and other fuels used in providing the services described in this Agreement.
Fuel Costs means any and all costs, expenses and charges incurred by Seller for the management, procurement, transportation, storage and delivery of Fuel used by the Facility in the production of Energy to be sold to the Department under this Agreement, including, without limitation, fuel commodity, firm contract reservation fees (regardless of whether Fuel is purchased, transported and/or stored during any month that such fees apply), transportation, storage, balancing and resale costs, expenses, fees, penalties and charges, and all taxes relating to the same.
Fuel Costs shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.3.2 of this Agreement.
Fuel Costs means those costs associated with the ownership and operation of the Facilities that have historically been included on the monthly fuel invoices developed by the Buyers and presented to DP&L in accordance with the Fuel Agreement.
Fuel Costs for a given period means the costs incurred by Contractor during such period for fuel.
