FT Units definition

FT Units has the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Agreement;
FT Units means the flow-through units of the Company issuable upon the conversion of the FT Subscription Receipts, each of which will be comprised of one FT Share and one Warrant.
FT Units means the flow-through units of the Company offered pursuant to the Offering, each FT Unit consisting of one Flow-Through Share and one FT Unit Warrant.

Examples of FT Units in a sentence

  • The Company undertakes to file, or cause to be filed, all forms or undertakings required to be filed by the Company in connection with the issue and sale of the FT Units and Subscription Receipts so that the distribution of the FT Units and Subscription Receipts may lawfully occur without the necessity of filing a prospectus, a registration statement or an offering memorandum in Canada.

  • The General Partner is hereby authorized to cause the Partnership to issue Partnership Units designated as Class T Units, Class S Units, Class D Units, Class I Units, Class E Units, Class F-T Units, Class F-S Units, Class F-D Units and Class F-I Units.
