FT Units definition

FT Units has the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Agreement;

FT Units means the flow-through units of the Company issuable upon the conversion of the FT Subscription Receipts, each of which will be comprised of one FT Share and one Warrant.

FT Units means the flow-through units of the Company offered pursuant to the Offering, each FT Unit consisting of one Flow-Through Share and one-half of one FT Unit Warrant.

• On July 21, 2017, the Company closed a non-brokered private placement, consisting of 8,650,000 FT Units for gross proceeds of $865,000 (with $86,500 being recognized as a liability for flow-through shares).

More Definitions of FT Units

FT Units means units issued pursuant to a private placement that took place in conjunction with the Recapitalization, with each unit consisting of one Common Share issued on a “flow-through” basis in accordance with the Tax Act and one Performance Warrant;
