FSA Policy definition

FSA Policy. The irrevocable Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy, No. 51323-N including any endorsements thereto, issued by FSA with respect to the Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-5 Certificates, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit S.
FSA Policy means the Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy No. 51840A-N dated May 30, 2007, including any endorsements thereto, issued by the Insurer to the Indenture Trustee with respect to the Class A Notes, for the benefit of the Holders.
FSA Policy. The Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy issued by Financial Security for the benefit of the Holders of any Insured Retail Certificates, including any endorsements thereto.

Examples of FSA Policy in a sentence

  • In addition, on or prior to the Closing Date, the Depositor shall cause FSA to deliver the FSA Policy to the Trustee.

More Definitions of FSA Policy

FSA Policy means the irrevocable financial guaranty insurance policy (Policy No. 50838-N) issued by FSA with respect to the Bonds.
FSA Policy means an FSA MTN Business Policy as defined in the Separation Agreement.
