FSA Plan definition

FSA Plan means a health care flexible spending account plan or dependent care flexible spending account plan.

FSA Plan means the corresponding health flexible spending arrangement operating through a plan or other arrangement that satisfies the requirements of Section 125 of the Code that the Corporation shall establish, sponsor and maintain pursuant to this Agreement.

FSA Plan when immediately preceded by "LLC" means the health flexible spending arrangement component of the DreamWorks L.L.C. Section 125 Plan. When immediately preceded by "Corporation," "FSA Plan" shall mean the corresponding health flexible spending arrangement operating through a plan or other arrangement that satisfies the requirements of Section 125 of the Code that the Corporation shall establish, sponsor and maintain pursuant to this Agreement.

• Employees who elect to participate in the FSA Plan designate a certain amount per month to be withheld from their payroll as a Deduction.

More Definitions of FSA Plan

FSA Plan or “Plan” means the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists Flexible Spending Account Plan.

FSA Plan means the flexible spending account plan to be established by Coach pursuant to Sections 1.2 and 4.3.
