Front-end Fee definition

Front-end Fee means the fee specified in the Loan Agreement for the purpose of Section 3.01.
Front-end Fee means the sales charge or commission, not exceeding three percent (3%) of the amount of Contributions from Participants;
Front-end Fee means the front-end fee payable to the Pension Fund Manager from the Contributions received, before allocation of Units of the Sub-funds, as remuneration, as per the Trust Deed and the Offering Document;

Examples of Front-end Fee in a sentence

  • The Front-end Fee payable by the Borrower shall be equal to one quarter of one percent (0.25%) of the Loan amount.

  • The Front-end Fee is one quarter of one percent (0.25%) of the Loan amount.

  • The Borrower shall pay the Front-end Fee not later than sixty (60) days after the Effective Date.

  • The Borrower shall pay the Front-end Fee not later than 60 days after the Effective Date.

  • No withdrawal shall be made from the Loan Account until the Bank has received payment in full of the Front-end Fee.
