French Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated in France.
French Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in France party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in France that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.
French Guarantor has the meaning specified in Section 7.09(f)(i).
