French Guarantor definition

French Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated in France.

French Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in France party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in France that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.

French Guarantor has the meaning specified in Section 7.09(f)(i).

• For the avoidance of doubt, any obligations or liabilities that may arise from a French Guarantor acting jointly and severally with the other Guarantors (including as applicable as “ co-débiteur solidaire”) shall always be subject to the limitations set out in this Clause 8.4. 9.
