Free Cashflow definition

Free Cashflow means, in respect of any Measurement Period:
Free Cashflow or “FCF” means EBITDA for a Financial Quarter, a Relevant Period or, as the case may be, a Relevant Year after:
Free Cashflow or ‘FCF’ means Adjusted EBITDA after the effects of capital expenditure, financing and tax cash impacts.

Free Cashflow has the meaning set forth in the Powerton/Joliet Lease Participation Agreements as in effect on the Original Effective Date.
