Fraudulent Traffic includes, but is not limited to, Spam or Unsolicited Promotions, distribution in breach of any distribution conditions whilst knowing that distribution conditions apply, deposits generated by stolen or lost payment cards, collusion, offers to share the Affiliate Fee to become a Qualified Trader, unauthorized use of any third parties’ accounts or intellectual property of the Company, Mitrade and/or any third party.
Affiliate Fee which had been successfully payout before the Company determines that the Affiliate activity generates Fraudulent Traffic may result in offset of Affiliate Fee existing balance.
If the Company determines that the Affiliate’s activity generates Fraudulent Traffic, the Administrator shall recalculate or withhold the Affiliate Fee, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Sites (or web pages) that are: ⮚ aimed at children or to a website or online service directed at children (as defined Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998) unless the IO contains explicit instructions to the contrary; ⮚ fraudulent and / or used for sourcing Fraudulent Traffic; ⮚ under construction; ⮚ not in the English language, unless the IO contains instructions to the contrary; or ⮚ listed or referred to HERE.
