Former Property definition

Former Property means any real property or facility owned, leased or operated by any of the Companies or a predecessor thereof prior to the Closing Date, that is not owned, leased or operated by any of the Companies on or after the Closing Date.
Former Property means any and all real property ever owned or leased by Seller or any of its predecessors in interest.
Former Property means any and all land or property, other than the Properties, owned, occupied or used at any time by the Company;

  • Upon the satisfaction of all such conditions precedent, the Term of this Lease will thereupon end as to the Former Property and commence as to the Substitute Property, and all references to the Former Property will apply with full force and effect to the Substitute Property.

  • The Authority and the City will execute, deliver and cause to be recorded all documents required to discharge the Site Lease, this Lease and the Assignment Agreement of record against the Former Property and to cause the Substitute Property to become subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Site Lease, this Lease and the Assignment Agreement.

  • In the event a Loss occurs in connection with an alleged release (as defined in CERCLA or any other Environmental Law), or alleged releases of Hazardous Materials at or from a Company Property or a Former Property, it shall be presumed that such release and the presence of Hazardous Materials constitutes a breach of a representation or warranty under Section 4.19, unless Seller proves that no breach of any representation or warranty occurred or exists.

Former Property means a property owned, occupied or used by a Group member before Completion other than a Property;
Former Property means any real property (other than the Properties) formerly owned or leased by the Target Company at any time prior to Closing; Hazardous Materials means any material or substance used by or on behalf of the Seller or the Target Company or both at any time prior to Closing which alone, or in combination with other substances, causes or may cause significant harm or damage to the Environment, including Asbestos, energy, radiation and radioactive substances;
