Releasees” means Defendants, Former Defendants, and their current and former parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, successors, predecessors, assigns, assignees, partnerships, partners, trustees, trusts, employees, Immediate Family Members, insurers, reinsurers, and attorneys.
Former Defendants have no responsibility as to any of the financial obligations under this Stipulation and in connection with this Settlement.
You will not be legally bound by anything that happens in connection with this Settlement, and, if you have a claim, you may be able to sue (or continue to sue) Defendants, Former Defendants, and the other Released Defendant Parties in the future.
This Action was commenced in December of 2008 by the filing of three complaints against KV alleging that Defendants and Former Defendants violated the federal securities laws.
On July 27, 2009, Defendants and Former Defendants filed motions to dismiss the Complaint, which Lead Plaintiffs opposed on August 24, 2009.
