Formalities definition

Formalities means all the formalities considered, in the LME's sole discretion, to be reasonably necessary to be completed by the metal owner to permit the load- out of metal, including: the request to terminate the Warrant, the request for load-out of the metal, the provision of shipping instructions, and the payment of applicable load-out charges.
Formalities means any formality imposed on operators by the administration consisting in the presentation or examination of documents and certificates accompanying goods or other particulars, irrespective of form or medium, relating to the goods or means of transport.

Formalities has the meaning given to it in Section 2.3.
