Formal Solicitation definition

Formal Solicitation means a Request for Proposal process.
Formal Solicitation means the issuance of a written request for formal bids, proposals, or quotations.

Formal Solicitation means an offer or proposal for providing goods and/or services submitted in response to the County’s formal solicitation request, such as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, or Request for Information, or any similar solicitation evaluated on the basis of cost.
