Foreign Investors definition

Foreign Investors means shareholders of the Company who are foreigners or non-residents of Bangladesh holding dual nationalities;
Foreign Investors means those investors who subscribe for the shares of the Company and who are located in foreign countries and in the regions of Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan. “Domestic Investors” means those investors who subscribe for the shares of the Company and who are located within the territory of the PRC (excluding the regions of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
Foreign Investors means those investors who subscribe for the Company’s shares and who are located in foreign countries and in the regions of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. “Domestic Investors” means those investors who subscribe for the Company’s shares and who are located within the territory of the PRC (except the areas referred to above).

Foreign Investors bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1 of the Power Purchase Agreement;
