Foreign Customer definition

Foreign Customer means a Customer that is a foreign government, an entity organized under the laws of a country other than the United States or an individual who is not a United States citizen.
Foreign Customer. The term “Foreign Customer” shall mean any Customer who is not a citizen, national, or resident of the United States or its territories, or is not incorporated or domiciled in the United States or its territories. Any Foreign Customers of Affiliates of the Firm shall be treated as Foreign Customers of the Firm.
Foreign Customer means a customer making a purchase at a nonretail facility owned by a seller other than the cardlock card issuer.
