Foreign Currency Note definition

Foreign Currency Note means a Note denominated in a Foreign Currency.
Foreign Currency Note means a Note the Specified Currency of which is other than U.S. Dollars.
Foreign Currency Note means a promissory note of the Borrower in favor of a Lender delivered pursuant to Section 2.4(e) and evidencing the Foreign Currency Loans of such Lender, as such promissory note may be amended, modified, restated or replaced from time to time.

Foreign Currency Note means any Note issued in Euros or Sterling.
