Forecasts definition

Forecasts means the quantity of Items or Services that Buyer reasonably anticipates it may purchase during a specified time.

Forecasts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.4(b).

Forecasts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.27.
