FOIA request definition

FOIA request means a written re- quest for agency records that reason- ably describes the agency records sought, made by any person, including a member of the public (U.S. or foreign citizen/entity), partnership, corpora- tion, association, and foreign or domes- tic governments (excluding Federal agencies).

FOIA request or "Request" means a request to inspect or copy Public Records pursuant to Chapter 29, Section 10003 of the Delaware Code and in accordance with the policy hereunder.
