FLSA Collective definition

FLSA Collective means all persons employed by Defendant as an FA Trainee at any time during the Covered Period. A member of the FLSA Collective is an “FLSA Collective Member.”
FLSA Collective and “FLSA Collective Members” means all current and former hourly, non-exempt employees employed by Defendants in Washington in one or more of the job classifications listed in Section I.B and subjected to an automatic time deduction policy and practice at any time during the FLSA Collective Period.
FLSA Collective or “FLSA Collective Members” or “Collective Members” means those Putative FLSA Collective members who consent to join this settlement by completing and returning a valid and timely FLSA Consent Form.

Examples of FLSA Collective in a sentence

  • The Settlement Administrator must mail the cure letter within 5 days of receiving a defective FLSA Collective Consent Form, and the FLSA Collective Member shall be given 15 days to cure the defect or submit a revised consent.

  • If any FLSA Collective Member submits a defective FLSA Collective Consent Form postmarked before the submission deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall send a cure letter to the FLSA Collective Member advising him or her that the consent is defective and must be cured to become valid.

  • FLSA Collective Members will have 60 days from the date of mailing of the Class and Collective Notice Packet to submit their FLSA Collective Consent Forms.

  • The Parties agree to certification of the Class and the FLSA Collective for purposes of this Settlement only.

  • If no such forwarding address is provided, the Claims Administrator shall perform skip traces using the State Law Class Member or FLSA Collective Member’s social security number to attempt to obtain the most recent addresses for these State Law Class Members and/or FLSA Collective Members.


More Definitions of FLSA Collective

FLSA Collective means the approximately 949 individuals who submitted consent to join forms in this case before, or after, the Court granted conditional certification of the FLSA Collective.
FLSA Collective. Any individual who: (a) is, or was, employed by Corizon as an hourly, non-exempt nurse and worked more than forty (40) hours in a workweek (i.e., from Sunday at midnight through Saturday at 11:59 p.m.) on an hourly, or non-exempt basis between October 15, 2016 through the present, and (b) performed pre- and post- shift activity for which they were not paid because their time clock was not near (i.e., within 25 feet) of the facility’s entrance/exit. Nationwide notice was sent and 949 individuals joined the FLSA Collective. Those 949 individuals make up the FLSA Collective.
FLSA Collective means the class of persons certified by the Court as conditionally permitted to join the collective action under the FLSA, as further defined herein.
FLSA Collective means all individuals employed by Defendant as non-exempt hourly employees during the Covered Period of October 10, 2016 through
FLSA Collective means Interpreters employed by CyraCom International, Inc. and/or CyraCom LLC in New York during the FLSA Collective Period.
FLSA Collective or “FLSA Collective Members” means Named
FLSA Collective. All individuals who filed Consents in the Litigation that were not withdrawn as of the July 10, 2019, mediation date, and who work or worked for PLM as Set/Reset/Surge Team Members or Set/Reset/Surge Team Leaders and who were paid as exempt for that work.
