FLSA Collective definition

FLSA Collective and “FLSA Collective Members” means all current and former hourly, non-exempt employees employed by Defendants in Washington in one or more of the job classifications listed in Section I.B and subjected to an automatic time deduction policy and practice at any time during the FLSA Collective Period.
FLSA Collective means all persons employed by Defendant as an FA Trainee at any time during the Covered Period. A member of the FLSA Collective is an “FLSA Collective Member.”
FLSA Collective means those Putative FLSA Collective Members who have consented to join this settlement by completing and returning a valid and timely claim form. Each such individual shall be an “FLSA Collective Member.”

Examples of FLSA Collective in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties and Class Counsel and, with respect to the Plaintiffs and the State Law Class Members and FLSA Collective Members, their spouses, children, representatives, heirs, administrators, executors, beneficiaries, conservators, attorneys and assigns.

  • Each Class Member or FLSA Collective Member shall also have 60 days from the date of mailing the Class and Collective Notice Packet in which to dispute the number of workweeks the Class and Collective Notice allocates to them during the Class Period and FLSA Collective Period.

  • For individuals who are both State Law Class Members and FLSA Collective Members, any Applicable Workweek which is attributable to the Covered Periods for both a State Law Class and FLSA Collective will be allocated to the individual’s Individual Settlement Amount for the FLSA Collective and not to the Individual Settlement Amount for the State Law Class.

  • An FLSA Collective Member’s failure to cure a defective FLSA Collective Consent Form will have no impact on his or her right to receive a Settlement Share as a Participating Class Member.

  • The Parties’ acknowledge Plaintiff’s and Class Counsel’s duty to communicate about the Settlement Agreement for purposes of obtaining Final Approval and/or informing Class Members and FLSA Collective Action Members about their rights.


More Definitions of FLSA Collective

FLSA Collective or “FLSA Collective Members” means Named
FLSA Collective. All individuals who filed Consents in the Litigation that were not withdrawn as of the July 10, 2019, mediation date, and who work or worked for PLM as Set/Reset/Surge Team Members or Set/Reset/Surge Team Leaders and who were paid as exempt for that work.
FLSA Collective. Any individual who: (a) is, or was, employed by Corizon as an hourly, non-exempt nurse and worked more than forty (40) hours in a workweek (i.e., from Sunday at midnight through Saturday at 11:59 p.m.) on an hourly, or non-exempt basis between October 15, 2016 through the present, and (b) performed pre- and post- shift activity for which they were not paid because their time clock was not near (i.e., within 25 feet) of the facility’s entrance/exit. Nationwide notice was sent and 949 individuals joined the FLSA Collective. Those 949 individuals make up the FLSA Collective.
FLSA Collective means Interpreters employed by CyraCom International, Inc. and/or CyraCom LLC in New York during the FLSA Collective Period.
FLSA Collective means all Firebirds servers working in Firebirds restaurants, and employed by Defendants, nationwide, within three years prior to the execution of this Settlement Agreement and who complete a claims form.
FLSA Collective means all current or former employees of any Winking Lizard Defendant who worked (and were paid for such work as salaried and exempt from overtime) as an Assistant Kitchen Manager (“AKM”) or as a Manager in Training (“MIT”) who, according to Defendants’ timekeeping system records, worked more than 40 hours as a salary-paid AKM or MIT classified and paid by any Defendant as exempt in any workweek at any of Defendants’ locations, for which workweek the individual was paid on a pay date within the period beginning May 15, 2015 and ending on January 1, 2019 (the “relevant period”); and
FLSA Collective means all individuals employed by Defendant as non-exempt hourly employees during the Covered Period of October 10, 2016 through the Date of Preliminary Approval and opted-in to the Class and Collective Litigation. Individuals within the FLSA Collective are referred to as “FLSA Collective Members.”
