Floor Rate definition

Floor Rate means, with respect to any Calculation Period, the rate set forth as the “Strike Rate” on the attached Schedule I.
Floor Rate means, for any day, the CDOR Screen Rate at or about 10:00 a.m., Toronto time on that day, plus 1%.
Floor Rate has the meaning attributed to it in the definition of Canadian Prime Rate.

More Definitions of Floor Rate

Floor Rate means a rate of five and one-quarter percent (5.25%) per annum.
