Flood Certificate definition

Flood Certificate means a “Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form” of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and any successor Governmental Authority performing a similar function.
Flood Certificate has the meaning assigned to such term in Schedule 5.1(bb)(i) (Flood Insurance).

Flood Certificate means a “Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form” of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and any successor Governmental Authority performing a similar function. “Flood Hazard Property” means any Real Estate Asset subject to a Mortgage in favor of Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, and located in an area designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as having special flood or mud slide hazards. “Flood Program” means the National Flood Insurance Program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 and the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004. “Flood Zone” means areas having special flood hazards as described in the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968. “Floor” means (a) with respect to Adjusted Term SOFR and any Benchmark Replacement, 3.75%, and (B) with respect to the Base Rate, 5.75%.
