Flextronics definition

Flextronics means Flextronics International Ltd., an entity incorporated in the Republic of Singapore.
Flextronics means Flextronics and, as applicable, any Subsidiary of Flextronics that is to perform Repair Services pursuant to this Agreement.
Flextronics means "Flextronics or its authorized subcontractors".
