Fixed Return definition

Fixed Return means the positive return assigned on a given Call Valuation Date and the Final Valuation Date as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Fixed Return means the interest rate used to calculate the Variable Return on each successive Valuation Date as described under “Description of the Notes — Variable Return”.
Fixed Return means the positive return assigned on a given Call Valuation Date and the Final Valuation Date, as specified in the table under “Return of Your Deposit – Call Information Table”.

Examples of Fixed Return in a sentence

  • In the event that the Supplemental Revolving Actual Return Rate with respect to any Supplemental Revolving Lender for any calendar month exceeds the Supplemental Revolving Fixed Return Rate with respect to such Supplemental Revolving Lender for such calendar month, such excess amount shall be held in a separate sub-account of the Supplemental Revolving Credit Linked Account of such Supplemental Revolving Lender.

  • The Variable Return will be computed at the end of each calendar quarter and, if greater than the Fixed Return for that quarter, the difference between the Fixed Return paid by Deja Foods during that quarter and the Variable Return will be paid on April 21, July 21, October 21 and January 21 of each year.

  • The Fixed Return will be paid on a monthly basis commencing June 1, 2004 and due on the 1st day of each month thereafter.

  • For providing the availability of the funds as set forth in the Notice of Available Funds, Deja Foods agrees to pay a fee (the "Funding Fee") to the Fund equal to the greater of (i) 12% per annum of the funds available by the Fund to Deja Foods (the "Fixed Return") or (ii) 25% of the gross profit (the "Gross Profit") from the purchase and resale of food products by Deja Foods in a specific transaction, utilizing the funds from the Fund (the "Variable Return").

  • In the event that the Actual Return with respect to any Lender for any calendar month exceeds the Fixed Return with respect to such Lender for such calendar month, such excess amount shall be held in a separate sub-account of the Credit-Linked Account.


More Definitions of Fixed Return

Fixed Return shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Administrative Services Agreement.
Fixed Return as defined as set forth in Section 2.2(h).

Fixed Return means, for any calendar month, a rate of return equal to the sum of the product of (x) one-twelfth (1/12) of the Current Interest Rate and (y) the average daily aggregate outstanding of each Credit Advance applicable to the Participation Interests during such calendar month, calculated on a daily basis.
Fixed Return means a fixed return equal to a daily compounded rate of 0.008098630 %, calculated based on a 365 day year, that achieves an effective 3% per annum return after the application of Management Fees.
