The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining such Fixed Improvements and Operating Equipment in good condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
At the expiration or termination of this Contract, title to all Fixed Improvements and Operating Equipment shall vest in the Authority or its designee, unless otherwise authorized by the Contract.
The Contractor covenants and agrees that, at its own cost and expense, it will provide and install all Fixed Improvements and Operating Equipment required for proper and adequate furnishing and performance of the concession services and goods to be provided under the terms of this Contract.
