Fixed Facility Fee definition

Fixed Facility Fee means the applicable fixed facility fee shown on the Summary of Credit Facility Structure as adjusted, if applicable, as set forth in Section 15.03 of this Agreement.
Fixed Facility Fee means the fee described in Paragraph 2 of Exhibit “E” hereto.
Fixed Facility Fee means for any Fixed Advance drawn or converted from a Variable Advance, the number of basis points determined by Lender as the Fixed Facility Fee at the time of draw or conversion of such Fixed Advance.

Examples of Fixed Facility Fee in a sentence

  • The Fixed Facility Fee and the Variable Facility Fee shall not increase with respect to the Reserved Amount in the event of an Expansion for so long as the Borrower timely pays the Rate Preservation Fee on the Reserved Amount.

  • Each Fixed Facility Advance shall bear interest at a rate, per annum, equal to the sum of (i) the MBS Pass-Through Rate determined for such Fixed Facility Advance and (ii) the Fixed Facility Fee.

More Definitions of Fixed Facility Fee

Fixed Facility Fee means [*] on the Initial Closing Date and for any Fixed Loan with a MBS execution resulting from a conversion or for any Supplemental Loan with a MBS execution, the number of basis points determined at the time of such MBS execution by Lender as the Fixed Facility Fee for such Fixed Loan or such Supplemental Loan.
Fixed Facility Fee means (i) 105 basis points for a Fixed Advance drawn from the Fixed Facility Commitment in effect during the period ending on the date 12 months after the Initial Closing Date (whenever such Fixed Advance is made) and (ii) for any Fixed Advance drawn from any portion of the Fixed Facility Commitment, increased under Article 4 or converted under Section 1.08 from any portion of the Variable Commitment after the period ending on the date 12 months after the Initial Closing Date, the number of basis points determined at the time of such increase by Lender as the Fixed Facility Fee for such Fixed Advances.
Fixed Facility Fee means for Batches of Drug Substance that Spark Commences Manufacturing in the Calendar Years [**], a fee not exceeding [**] US Dollars (US$[**]) per annum, and for Batches of Drug Substance that Spark Commences Manufacturing in each of the next [**] Calendar Years (the period from [**], the “Initial Fixed Facility Fee Period”), a fee equal to [**] percent ([**]%) of the Fixed Manufacturing Cost (regardless of whether Novartis orders any Drug Substance or Resulting Vials of Drug Product in those [**] Calendar Years), provided that:
Fixed Facility Fee means the fixed fee payable by Buyer to Seller as provided in Section 8.2.

Fixed Facility Fee means (i)(a) if at the time of the first Fixed Facility Advance, the Borrower elects that payments in respect of the Fixed Facility Advance shall not include payments of principal as provided in the Fixed Facility Note, 57 basis points for a Fixed Facility Advance drawn from the Fixed Facility Commitment converted from the Variable Commitment during the period ending on the date 12 months after the Initial Closing Date, or (b) if at the time of the first Fixed Facility Advance, the Borrower elects that payments in respect of the Fixed Facility Advance shall include payments of principal as provided in the Fixed Facility Note, 52 basis points for a Fixed Facility Advance drawn from the Fixed Facility Commitment converted from the Variable Commitment during the period ending on the date 12 months after the Initial Closing Date, and (ii) for any Fixed Facility Advance drawn from any portion of the Fixed Facility Commitment, increased under Article VIII or converted from any portion of the Variable Commitment after the period ending on the date 12 months after the Initial Closing Date, the number of basis points determined at the time of such increase by the Lender as the Fixed Facility Fee for such Fixed Facility Advances, provided that in no event shall the Fixed Facility Fee for Fixed Facility Advances converted from the Variable Commitment (expressed as a number of basis points) exceed the Variable Facility Fee.
