Fiscal Plan definition

Fiscal Plan means a “Fiscal Plan” as defined in PROMESA section 5(10).

More Definitions of Fiscal Plan

Fiscal Plan means the certified fiscal plan (as defined in PROMESA) for PREPA, as may be amended and certified in accordance with PROMESA.
Fiscal Plan means a multi-year plan approved by the Recipient which consists of the budget required under section 6.2 (Budget) of the main body of this Agreement for the Initial Fiscal Year and projected expenditures for each Subsequent Fiscal Year, and any amendments to the plan that are approved by the Recipient.
