Fiscal Plan definition

Fiscal Plan means a “Fiscal Plan” as defined in PROMESA section 5(10).
Fiscal Plan means the Fiscal Plan for GDB certified by the Oversight Board on April 28, 2017.
Fiscal Plan means a multi-year plan approved by Council at a properly constituted meeting which consists of the Budget for the Initial Fiscal Year of the Agreement and projected expenditures for each Subsequent Fiscal Year and any amendments to that Fiscal Plan.

More Definitions of Fiscal Plan

Fiscal Plan means a “Fiscal Plan” as defined by Section 5(10)
