First-Year Student definition

First-Year Student means a student who has successfully completed 24 or fewer hours of academic credit at the School of Law.
First-Year Student means a student who has not obtained sufficient credits at this University, or any other University, for promotion to the second year of a degree, diploma, or certificate.
First-Year Student means any University student who has finished high school and has commenced their first year of college. This may include international students, but does not include transfer or graduate students.

  • Any First-Year Student who lives in Student Housing and any other Student who lives in the Residence Hall must select a meal plan option on the application.

  • A First-Year Student cannot terminate this contract before Occupancy or after Occupancy unless University released Student from the live-on requirement under this contract.

  • Student understands and assumes this risk and the risk that contracting an infectious disease such as COVID-19 generally will not warrant circumstances in which University will waive the cancellation charge for Student’s termination of the contract or release a First-Year Student from the requirement to live-on campus.


More Definitions of First-Year Student

First-Year Student means incoming students who have earned less than 24 post-high school credit hours while enrolled at a college or university who are otherwise not exempted from the University’s on-campus living requirements.
