The Securities may be redeemed at the election of the Company, in whole but not in part, at any time on or after the First Redemption Date at the Redemption Price specified in the form of Security hereinbefore set forth; provided, however, that if all accrued interest (including, without limitation, Additional Interest and Special Interest) on the Securities has not been paid, the Company may not redeem any Security other than pursuant to a purchase or exchange offer to all Holders of the Securities.
Such notice shall set forth (i) the First Redemption Date, the dates of the second and third installments of such redemption, and the place of redemption; and (ii) the number of shares to be redeemed on each date of redemption and the redemption price on each such date.
