First Put Option definition

First Put Option has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.1 of this Put Option Agreement.

First Put Option means the option granted by the Optionee to the Grantors in Clause 2.3;

Examples of First Put Option in a sentence

• A First Put Option Notice, a Call Option Notice or a Second Put Option (each a “Relevant Notice”) given under this Deed shall only be effective if it is given in writing in the form provided in Schedule 1.

• If the Rating Agencies do not confirm such ratings, no Put Option Notes will be redeemed on the First Put Option Date and the Relevant Margin on each Class of Put Option Notes will remain unchanged.

More Definitions of First Put Option

First Put Option means an option granted to a Rollover Alternative Participator by Midco 2 under clause 2.2. Loan Notes shall have the meaning given to it in the Ranking and Reinvestment Agreement. Midco 2 Consideration Loan Notes means the 12 per cent. unsecured redeemable consideration loan notes 2031 to be constituted by the Midco 2 Consideration Loan Note Instrument. Midco 2 Consideration Loan Note means the loan note instrument in the approved terms Instrument constituting the Midco 2 Consideration Loan Notes, to be executed by Midco 2 at Completion, as amended, varied, restated or replaced from time to time.

First Put Option has the meaning given to such term in clause 2.2.1;

First Put Option has the meaning specified in Section 1.1(a).

First Put Option means the right of the Company to issue and sell Common Shares to the Buyer in accordance with and subject to Section 5.1(a) of this Agreement.
