First Priority Collateral Agent definition

First Priority Collateral Agent means such agent or trustee as is designated “First-Priority Collateral Agent” by First-Priority Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of the Pari Passu Intercreditor Agreement (if then in effect) and the First-Priority Documents; it being understood that as of the date of this Agreement, the First Lien Collateral Agent shall be so designated First-Priority Collateral Agent.
First Priority Collateral Agent means (i) in the case of any First Priority Credit Obligations, the Senior Credit Facilities Collateral Agent and (ii) in the case of any Series of Future First Lien Obligations or Future First Lien Indebtedness Secured Parties that become subject to the First Priority/Second Priority Intercreditor and Subor- dination Agreement after the Issue Date, the collateral agent, administrative agent, trustee or any other similar agent named for such Series in the applicable joinder to the First Priority/Second Priority Intercreditor and Subordination Agreement.
First Priority Collateral Agent means in the case of any Senior Secured Credit Facility Obligations, the First Lien Notes Obligations and any other Additional First Lien Obligations pursuant to which the administrative agent, trustee or any other similar agent named for such series becomes a party pursuant to the terms thereof, the Collateral Agent named under the Junior Intercreditor Agreement, which as of the Issue Date shall be JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
