First Priority Agent definition
First Priority Agent means, with respect to (a) any ABL Priority Collateral, the ABL Agent and (b) any Term Loan Priority Collateral, the Term Loan Agents.
First Priority Agent means the Administrative Agent and any successor designated as such by the holders of First Priority Claims.
