First Lien Bonds definition

First Lien Bonds means the Series 2011 Bonds and any Additional First Lien Bonds which are secured by a lien which is a first lien on the Net Revenues of the System, senior in standing and priority of lien with respect to the Net Revenues to the claim of any Junior Lien Bonds.
First Lien Bonds means obligations that have a first lien on the Tax Increment Revenues and are issued in compliance with Section 5 of the First Lien Bond Declaration. The First Lien Bond Declaration refers to First Lien Bonds as “Bonds.”
