Examples of First Completion Date in a sentence
First Completion means completion of the First Sale in accordance with clauses 5.1 to 5.4. First Completion Date means a date determined under clause 5.1 and all references in this deed to the First Completion Date shall mean the day of First Completion.
First Completion is subject to the Blackstone Scheme Resolutions not being approved by the requisite majorities of IOF securityholders on or before the First Completion Date.
Subject to clause 4.3, until the First Completion Date, the title to, property in and risk of the First Sale Securities remain solely with ICPF.
